The ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

On the first floor there is an air-conditioned master bedroom that opens up on a panoramic terrace, and a second bathroom with shower. The beach is less then 250 meters from the villa and can be reached on foot.
