The villa also features a bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with shower, a washing machine, sky TV and air conditioning.

The villa boasts a loggia and a big independent garden that surrounds the house on three sides, with a barbecue, outdoor shower and a private parking space.
The beach can be reached on foot in a few steps through a grass field in front of the house. The center of Costa Rei is about 300 meters away.
