Individual villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, a large, furnished veranda and a nice garden with outdoor shower (hot/cold water) and a barbecue. It is located at the beginning of Costa Rei touristic place, on the sea side, at less than 200 m. to the sandy beach, wich is easily reachable by walking (no crossing roads).

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, 4 cookers (gas), an electric oven, a dishwasher and the dinig area is very comfortable, with a large table facing the living room, with Sat-Tv and a sofa (french bed).

There are 4 bedrooms, the main one with double bed and its own bathroom, two rooms, both with double beds, and a double room with 2 single beds.

Air conditioners in the rooms and washing machine are provided. Private parking place.
